What is the length of your leases?
Landmark Apartments offer flexible lease terms to accommodate various lifestyle needs. We provide lease options ranging from 12 months to 18 months during your first lease with us. At renewal time we can accommodate leases as short as 3 months depending on certain factors.
What is your pet policy? Pet fees?
We are thrilled to welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly property! We understand that pets are part of the family, and we strive to make them feel right at home.
Our pet policy includes:
Pet Types: We happily accept both cats and dogs.
Pet Limit: Up to 2 pets per apartment.
Pet Fees: A non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.
Certain breed restrictions may apply.
What type of floor plans does Landmark Apartments offer?
Our property features a range of floor plans, from studio apartments to 3 bedroom townhomes. We invite you to explore our apartment floor plans in person by scheduling a tour or by viewing our floor plan layouts online.

Yes, residents can conveniently pay rent online through our secure resident portal! Our online payment system allows you to manage your rent payments with ease, whether you're at home or on the go. With a few simple clicks, you can:

Do you require a credit check?
Yes, Landmark Apartments requires a credit check. The credit check helps us evaluate applicants' financial stability and ability to meet lease obligations. For more information about the credit check and other application requirements, please contact our leasing office.
What property fees does Landmark Apartments require?
Our property does require an application fee, administration fee, and a security deposit.
Application Fee: $50 per person 18 or older
Administrative Fee: $100 per apartment home rented
Security Deposit: Starts at $200 for an apartment or $300 for a townhome. The credit report will determine if it can go up to one-month’s rent. The deposit is paid at move-in.

What parking options does Landmark Apartments offer?
Our property offers various parking options to accommodate residents' needs.
Open Parking: Parking throughout landmark is open and free.
Reserved Parking: Carports are able to be reserved for $20 a month if a resident would like to reserve a permanent parking spot.
